Blackhawks will play for a Stanley Cup Championship following win in Anaheim

The Blackhawks clinched a spot in the Stanley Cup Final with a 5-3 win over the Ducks in Game Seven of the Western Conference finals in Anaheim. Jonathan Toews  scored twice in the first, Brandon Saad and Marian Hossa lit the lamp in the second, and Brent Seabrook tallied a power-play goal in the third. Corey Crawford made 35 saves for the 'Hawks, who will face the Lightning in Game One Wednesday night. Chicago is seeking its third Stanley Cup title since 2010. Ryan Kesler scored in the second, while Corey Perry and Matt Beleskey netted goals in the third for top-seeded Anaheim, which trailed 4-0 13:45 into the second. Frederik Andersen stopped 21 shots in the season-ending loss.
