Shaun Marcum won his first start in the majors since 2013 as the Indians beat the White Sox, 4-3- at U.S. Cellular Field. Marcum pitched six-and-two-thirds innings of two-run ball with six strikeouts. Michael Brantley drove in two for Cleveland, which has taken two of the first three in the four-game series. Adam Eaton and Conor Gillaspie each had a home run , while reliever Dan Jennings took the loss. The White Sox have dropped two straight since a six-game winning streak.
