Frederik Andersen stopped 32 shots to lead the Ducks to a 4-1 win over the Blackhawks in Game One of the Western Conference finals. Nate Thompson, Hampus Lindholm and Jakob Silfverberg had a goal and an assist apiece to help Anaheim grab a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven set. Kyle Palmieri also lit the lamp in the win. Brad Richards scored and Corey Crawford made 23 saves for Chicago. The Ducks will host Game Two on Tuesday.
