A vintage LeBron James performance lifted the Cavaliers to a 106-101 win over the Bulls in Game Five of the Eastern Conference semifinals at Quicken Loans Arena. James followed up his buzzer-beater in Game Four by going off for 38 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, three steals and three blocks as Cleveland took a 3-2 series lead. Kyrie Irving found the touch, adding 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting. The Cavs will try to close out the best-of-seven series in Chicago in Game Six on Thursday. Derrick Rose posted 16 points, but it took 24 shots in the loss. Jimmy Butler had a team-high 29 points and nine rebounds. Taj Gibson was ejected in the fourth quarter for kicking Matthew Dellavedova while he was on the ground.
