The Bulls stole Game One of the Eastern Conference semifinals on the road beating the shorthanded Cavaliers, 99-92, behind 25 points, five rebounds and five assists from Derrick Rose. Pau Gasol added 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Jimmy Butler put up 20. Chicago made 10-of-18 from three and shot 50-percent from the field. The last three times the Bulls have faced LeBron James in the playoffs they have won Game One each time. The previous two series they lost the next four games. James put up 19 points, but shot 9-of-22 from the field. He added 15 rebounds and nine assists. Kyrie Irving had a game-high 30 points with Iman Shumpert chipping in 22. The Cavs will be without Kevin Love for the rest of the playoffs and J.R. Smith for Wednesday's Game Two due to suspension.
