Chicago Baseball

There will be no fans when the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox play against each other today at Camden Yards. The Orioles announced Tuesday that the ballpark would be closed to the public this afternoon in response to ongoing protests in Baltimore. The team already postponed games Monday and Tuesday. MLB official's say today's contest will be the first of its kind in league history and will set a record for the lowest attendance.

Today's game can be heard on Newstalk 1060 at 1pm.

Dexter Fowler had three hits and two RBI as the Cubs cut down the Pirates, 6-2, at Wrigley Field.  Addison Russel knocked in a run and scored for Chicago, which will try to sweep the three-game set on Wednesday.  Travis Wood fanned nine over seven frames to improve to 2-and-1.  Starling Marte launched a two-run homer for Pittsburgh.  Jeff Locke allowed all six runs, five earned, in only three-and-two-thirds to fall to 2-and-1.
