Michael Carter-Williams collected 22 points, eight rebounds and nine assists for Milwaukee, which will host Game Six of the East quarterfinal series on Thursday. Khris Middleton netted 21 in the win. Pau Gasol had 25 points and 10 boards for the Bulls, who still hold a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven set. Derrick Rose scored 13 points on 5-of-20 shooting in defeat.
