Jonathan Toews put the Blackhawks on his shoulders with two late goals to lead them to a 4-3 win over Buffalo. Down by one with less than two minutes left in the third, Toews tied the game. Less than a minute later, Toews slapped in the game-winner as the Blackhawks improved to 48-24-and-6. Duncan Keith and Patrick Sharp each lit the lamp in the first for Chicago. Marcus Foligno scored twice for the Sabres. Johan Larsson added a power-play goal early in the third. Anders Lindback made 32 saves in the loss.
