Blackhawks lose in Philadelphia

Ryan White and Claude Giroux scored second period goals as the Flyers cruised to a 4-1 win over the Blackhawks at the Wells Fargo Center. Wayne Simmonds tallied in the first period, while Michael Raffl lit the lamp in the third for the Flyers, who snapped a four-game losing streak. Steve Mason kicked aside 34 shots in the victory. Andrew Shaw scored the lone goal early in the third period for Chicago, which has lost two of three since a four-game winning streak. Corey Crawford allowed all four goals on 33 shots in defeat.
