Blackhawks remain hot with win over Minnesota

The Blackhawks scored twice late in the third period to take down the Wild 5-3 at the United Center. Five different Blackhawks scored, led by Patrick Kane's goal and two assists. Jonathan Toews  found the back of the net and finished with two dimes, while Marian Hossa and Ben Smith logged goals. Antti Raanta  stopped 26 pucks as Chicago jumped to 22-9-and-1 with its 10th win in 11 contests. Thomas Vane and Marco Scandella scored in the loss, with Nino Niederreiter adding a penalty shot score. Niklas Backstrom stopped 34-of-38 shots in net for the Wild, who fell to 16-12-and-1.
