Any hopes of the Bears making the playoffs are no more. With a 5-and-8 record, Chicago was officially eliminated from the postseason yesterday after the Detroit Lions beat the Tampa Bay Bucs 34-to-17. The Bears have now missed the playoffs four seasons in a row.
