Yovani Gallardo dipped to 8-and-8 after allowing seven runs in five innings, though two of the runs were unearned. Ryan Braun drove in a run while Aramis Ramirez had two hits for Milwaukee, which slips two games back of the Cardinals in the NL Central with its seventh straight loss.
