White Sox snap 4-game losing streak

Conor Gillaspie  drove in the go-ahead and winning run in the top of the 10th to give the White Sox a 2-1 victory over the Mariners at Safeco Field. Alexei Ramirez plated the other run in the win while Jose Abreu added two hits. Eric Surkamp grabbed the win with Jake Petricka  earning the save. Hector Noesi  gave up an unearned run in seven-and-a-third innings for the no-decision as Chicago ended a four-game skid. Fernando Rodney took the loss for Seattle, which ends a four-game winning streak. Kyle Seager drove in the lone run and James Paxton gave up one run through six-and-a-third-innings.

Final game of the series is this afternoon with the Pre-Game Show at 2:35pm on Newstalk 1060.
