Brantley ended 3-for-5 with three RBI and two runs while Santana was 2-for-4 with three runs and two RBI. Yan Gomes was 2-for-4 with two RBI for Cleveland, which snapped a six-game slide. Danny Salazar allowed three earned runs and five total in five-plus innings for his first win. John Danks gave up eight runs in five innings for the loss. Jose Abreu hit his 11th homer for Chicago, which has lost three in-a-row.
