Rochelle Township High School will have a new Head Baseball Coach next spring. Nick Reineck has been named the new Dean of Students at Sycamore High School.
Reineck has been Head Coach in the baseball program for the past 4 seasons. The Hubs are currently
(5-11) this season and over the past 4 years under Reineck, (27-83). The Hubs did win a Regional in 2011.
He has also been an assistant coach in football for the past 7 years. He was also an assistant coach in boys basketball for 3 years.
Reineck currently teaches social studies and at 1 time driver's education at RTHS. He also grew up in Rochelle and graduated from RTHS.
Reineck graduated from Knox College and received his master's degree from Aurora University.
He was also inducted into the RTHS Athletic Hall of Fame as Nick was a 3-sport athlete for the Hubs.
