Alexei Ramirez lifted a two-run, walk-off home run to give the White Sox a 4-3 win over the Indians at U.S. Cellular Field. Marcus Semien also went deep for Chicago, which improved to 7-and-6. Jose Quintana struck out six and allowed one run in six innings for a no decision. Matt Lindstrom picked up the win. Michael Brantley had a solo homer and scored twice for Cleveland, which dropped to 6-and-7. John Axford took the loss.
