Blackhawks snap losing streak, Bulls at home tonight

Marian Hossa scored the lone goal in the shootout as the Blackhawks edged the Wild 3-2 at the United Center. Ben Smith and Bryan Bickell both scored in regulation for the 'Hawks, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Corey Crawford stopped 25 shots plus all three shootout attempts for the win. Charlie Coyle and Erik Haula tallied a goal each for Minnesota, which had won its previous two. Ilya Bryzgalov made 24 saves in defeat.

The Blackhawks are at Columbus tonight.


The Bulls hit the court tonight looking for their fourth consecutive win facing the Bucks at the United Center.  The Bulls have moved to 43-and-32 which is good for fourth in the Eastern Conference.  They are tied with the Raptors, but Toronto holds the tie-breaker because they're winning the Atlantic Division.  Milwaukee has lost nine of 10 and has the worst record in the league.

Tonight's game can be heard on Newstalk 1060 with the Pre-Game Show at 6:30.
