Detroit beat the Bears 21-19

A failed two-point conversion in the final minute gave the Lions a 21-19 win over the Bears at Soldier Field. Calvin Johnson's 14-yard touchdown catch with 2:28 to go gave Detroit a 21-13 lead. The Bears answered with a 11-yard TD catch by Brandon Marshall with 47 seconds left but missed the two-point attempt. Matthew Stafford finished 18-of-35 for 219 yards with three touchdowns and one interception for the Lions, who moved into sole possession of first place in the NFC North at 6-and-3. Johnson had six grabs for 83 yards and two scores in the victory. Jay Cutler went 21-for-40 for 250 yards with a TD and a pick in his return to action. Cutler, who missed the previous two games with a torn groin muscle, sat out the final series with an ankle injury. Marshall ended with seven catches for 139 yards and two scores for the Bears, who slipped to 5-and-4.

The Bears are at home Sunday against Baltimore. WRHL'S Pre-Game Show begins at 11:30 on Newstalk 1060.
