Illinois State Police arrested two people follwoing a report of a rolling domestic travelling southbound on I-39 in Ogle County Wednesday evening. Following a traffic stop, State Police say 60 year old Charles Kepner of Aurora was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct and taken to the Ogle County Jail. And 66 year old Sue Ann Kile of Aurora was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct and taken to the Ogle County Jail.
A Rockford woman was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 251 by Illinois State Police. 49 year old Silvia Lozano was charged with Driving While License Revoked. She was released on bond with a court date.
