A jury trial date has been set for October 22nd for a Chana man following an alleged sexual abuse incident in February of 2011.
28-year old Ralph McCormick has been arrested on 2 counts of the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The victim is a girl between the age of 13 and 17 years old when the alleged confrontation took place. Ogle County officials say that McCormick knew the teen.
McCormick has also been charged with the felony offense of criminal sexual assault. That alleged incident occurred in April of 2012 involving another teenage girl that he knew. No trial date has been set in that case at this time.
McCormick remains in jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
