Oregon police have released the identity of the man found in the Rock River at Kiwanis Park yesterday morning near the dam.
91-year old Elmer Leeds of Oregon was found by 2 fishermen in the water.
The cause of death is pending with an autopsy scheduled today by the Ogle County Coroner's office.
Oregon Police Chief Darin DeHaan does not expect any foul play as there were no gun shot or stab wounds on the body.
