Bond remains at $25,000 for an Oregon man following a drug arrest earlier this month.
26-year old Austin Allen was arrested on the charge of 2 counts of unlawful delivery of cannabis and possession of the drug along with delivery of a look-a-like substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The search warrant took place on June 6th at 700 East Washington Street in Oregon. Assisting in the arrest were police officers from Rochelle and Oregon.
Ogle County Sheriff Michael Harn said that the arrest stems from the sale of cocaine, cannabis, and prescription pills in the Oregon area.
Allen appeared in court Friday for an arraignment. He was given a preliminary hearing date of June 26th in Oregon. Allen will plead guilty or innocent to the charges at that time.
He remains in jail in lieu of bond.
