Jonathan Toews fed Patrick Kane for the game-winning goal with just under nine minutes remaining in the second overtime as the Blackhawks beat the Kings 4-3 to advance to the Stanley Cup Final. The score capped a hat trick for Kane as Chicago moves on to face the Boston Bruins for the right to lift Lord Stanley's Cup. Duncan Keith also scored for the 'Hawks while Corey Crawford made 33 saves in the cage. Chicago is into the Cup Final for the second time in four years after beating the Philadelphia Flyers to win it all in 2010. Mike Richards returned from injury and tipped in the tying goal with less than ten seconds to play in regulation for Los Angeles, which was aiming to become the first back-to-back champions since the Detroit Red Wings in 1997 and 1998. Jonathan Quick stopped 31 shots in the season-ending defeat.
