An Ogle County judge set bond at $7,500 Friday for a Rockford woman in connection with baby formula being stolen from 2 businesses in the Hub City this month.
22-year old Frances Taylor has been charged with the Class 3 felony offense of retail theft.
The thefts took place at Walgreens and the Super Walmart store on April 20th and last Tuesaday. Around 40 cans of the baby formula was stolen from the businesses..
Rochelle detectives have identified the 2 other suspects in the case as arrests are pending on the women.
In court yesterday, Taylor was given an arraignment date of next Friday in Oregon. She remains in jail in lieu of the $7,500 bond.
