An Ogle County judge set bond at $50,000 yesterday for a Rochelle man following a drug arrest Sunday during a traffic stop.
44-year old Bartt Mulligan has been arrested on the charge of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver both cocaine and marijuana.
Sheriff's police found 13 individual baggies of cocaine and 8 individual baggies of cannabis in Mulligan's car. He was originally stopped for speeding on Flagg Road.
Mulligan remains in jail in lieu of the $50,000 bond. He was given an arraignment date of Friday in Oregon.
