Rochelle police are investigating a hit and run incident Saturday night which took place at the intersection of Route 38 and Dement Road. No one suffered any injuries.
The collision involved a car driven by 18-year old Thalia Hueramo of Hillcrest and and an unknown driver.
Police say that the unknown motorist disobeyed the traffic signal while making a left turn. The individual then left the scene.
Local police continue to investigate the crash.
