Ogle County Sheriff's police have arrested a Loves Park man following a residentail burglary which took place on March 2nd in the 3,000 block of North Mulford Road, just south of Monroe Center.
52-year old Terry Yoho was arrested on the felony offense.
Police say that Yoho allegedly entered the residence and was confronted by the home owner. He then left the home as no one suffered any injuries.
Bond has been set at $500,000 for Yoho who was on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections. He returns to Ogle County court on March 20th for a hearing.
