Bond remains at $200,000 for a Rochelle teen following a stabbing that took place in March of 2012.
19-year old Trevon Thomas has been charged with 2 counts of the felony offense of aggravated battery.
The altercation took place in the 1,000 block of North 2nd Street in Rochelle on March 15th of last year.
Authorities say that Thomas stabbed Cruz Villareal of Rochelle with a knife in the torso area.
The local teen was taken into custody this week in the state of Ohio.
Thomas returns to Ogle County court on Monday for a pre-trial conference. He remains in jail in lieu of the $200,000 bond.
