An Ogle County judge set bond yesterday for 2 Oregon residents following a drug bust Tuesday in the 2,000 block of South 2nd street in Daysville.
29-year old Richard Gallagher has been charged with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis along with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon.
22-year old Brooke Lozano was also arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of cannabis, 30 to 500 grams, along with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
Police executed the searrant warrant at the home and seized around 86 grams of cannabis along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and firearm ammunition.
In court yesterday, bond was set at $50,000 for Gallagher and $25,000 for Lozano. They were both given arraignment dates for tomorrow.
Gallagher and Lozano remain in jail in lieu of bond.
