Plans are still being put together by emergency personnel in Ogle and Lee counties dealing with a natual disaster exercise this spring.
The event will take place on May 8th between 9am and 5pm with 6 separate sites between Rochelle and Franklin Grove.
1 of the organizers of the event is Rochelle Police Detective Terry Inman. He said around 15 hundred people will be involved in the exercise.
Inman said that emergency personnel will be faced with several scenarios during the day.
The exercise will include react and lifeline helicopters if they are not on an emergency call.
