The family of the Northern Illinois University freshman who died during a hazing incident is suing the campus fraternity involved. The family of David Bogenberger has filed a lawsuit against the Pi Kappa Alpha house. That's the fraternity where Bogenberger was found dead last November following an initiation party the night before. The young man was found with a blood alcohol level almost five-times the legal limit for driving. The suit also names 22 fraternity house members.
