Former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr has signed an agreement to plead guilty to federal corruption charges and acknowledge misuse of his campaign funds. Jackson's so-called "blind plea" would require him to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds that he spent on personal items, including home remodeling, a Rolex watch and travel expenses for a female friend. Any possible prison sentence would be left up to a judge.
