Governor Pat Quinn is kicking off his fundraising campaign for 2014. Quinn has sent out his first widespread fundraising letter, emphasizing many of the themes he hit on during Wednesday's State of the State address. He's calling for banning military-style assault weapons, approving gay marriage and raising the minimum wage to ten-dollars an hour.
