State Police will be strictly enforcing moving violations this Super Bowl weekend. They're advising people party responsibly this weekend by using a designated driver. Police say alcohol is a leading factor in fatal traffic accidents, especially during celebratory events. Last year, four people died as a result of alcohol-related crashes during Super Bowl Sunday.
