Bond remains at $100,000 for Oregon man following armed robbery

Bond remains at $100,000 for an Oregon man who was arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place at a business in the city on January 25th.

23-year old Brian Clements has been charged with the felony offense.

The hold-up took place at the Dollar General Store on West Pines Road in Oregon. Clements allegedly displayed a weapon and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the business.

He left the area riding his sister's bike to his home in Oregon.

Police are able to following the bike trail in the snow to Clements' residence where he was arrested.

He has also been charged with possession of a firearm without a FOID card.

Clements returns to court on February 13th for a preliminary hearing. At that time, he will plead guilty or innocent to the felony offense.

Clements remains in jail in lieu of the $100,000 bond.
