Illinois Governor Pat Quinn stops to sign a major piece of legislation intended to keep kids safe. Quinn yesterday made "Erin's Law" official. It requires schools to teach age-appropriate sexual assault awareness classes to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Lawmakers believe "Erin's Law" could prevent sexual assault from happening and will give victims a voice.
