Ogle County sheriff's police arrested a Rochelle man on drug charges last night after responding to a suspicious vehicle in the area of Fowler and Knoll Roads.
Following the investigation, 23-year old Kyle Montgomery was arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of cannabis along with drug paraphernalia. The deputy seized under 10 grams of marijuana.
Montgomery was transported to the Ogle County jail in lieu of bond following the arrest.
