Illinois dignitaries swarm the nation's capital over the weekend in advance of President Obama's second inaugural today. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Senator Dick Durbin joined Illinois Governor Pat Quinn at the Society Inaugural Gala at the Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Hotel Saturday night.
