Gredco Director Jason Anderson of Rochelle is very optimistic when is comes to new companies locating in the Hub City in 2013.
Last year will go down in history for Rochelle in the opening of the Nippon Sharyo railcar plant along with the construction of Coated Sand Solutions which should be in full operations in the near future.
Anderson talked about the number of new jobs during the next 12 months on yesterday's program "Let The People Know". He believes there will be between 500 to 700 new industrial jobs during the next 12 months.
Anderson was in Springfield yesterday talking with area lawmakers about the upcoming year. He mentioned during the show what advantage Rochelle and Illinois has over other states in drawing companies throughout the area. The key is location with the 2 major highways and 2 railroads in Rochelle.
