Governor Quinn plans to sign a bill designed to give illegal immigrants the right to drive. He says giving them a temporary drivers license will not only save lives on Illinois roads, but it save drivers about 46-million dollars in insurance premiums each year. About 250-thousand illegal immigrants will be able to apply for the temporary license, once the program is implemented.
