Rochelle police arrested a local teen late last night following a break-in to a car.
18-year old Jacob Hoskins has been charged with the felony offense of burglary to a motor vehicle.
The incident took place a short time after 11:30 in the 1,000 block of Lakeview Drive. The owner of the vehicle saw Hoskins inside the car and called police. The teen was taken into custody at the home.
Hoskins was transported to the Ogle County jail in Oregon with no bond set. He will appear before a judge later today.
