The outlook will be a little brighter for Illinois' unemployed in the New Year. A Chicago employment agency is predicting an eleven-percent net gain in hiring around the Windy City during the first quarter of 20-13. Meanwhile, hiring statewide will increase seven-percent. However, Moody's Employment Outlook says hiring in Illinois will be mostly flat across the board through the whole year.
