The highest court in Iowa says employers have the right to fire workers who are too sexy. In a unanimous decision, the Iowa Supreme Court said a dentist had the right to fire a dental assistant who his wife considered a threat to their marriage. The dental assistant sued, saying she had worked with the dentist for more than ten years and never so much as flirted with him. However, the dentist testified that he had told her that her clothes were too tight, revealing and distracting.
