Due to a lack of a quorum last night, no action was taken by the Creston Village board on several new business items on the agenda.
Absent from last night's meeting were trustees Curt Ward, Greg Hopkins, and Terry Daugherty.
The board has decided to meet next Tuesday, December 11th, at 7 to take action on several issues.
They include the 2013 Tax Levy Ordinance, insurance coverage for the village, along with Phase II of the safe routes to school program dealing with sidewalk work.
The Tax Levy will see an increase of just under 5 percent. The premiums for the insurance coverage will also have a small rise in numbers.
The fiscal year audit will also be approved next week.
The meeting on December 11th in Creston is open to the public.
