Jackson Jr. may face prison time

Reports indicate that Chicag Congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior may face a possible jail sentence as part of a plea bargain for misusing campaign funds. CBS-2 says the deal being negotiation by former U.S Attorney Dan Webb would include Jackson's resignation from Congress, a guilty plea on the misuse charge, repayment of the funds and a possible jail term. Jackson has been accused of using campaign funds to decorate his Washington, D.C. home, and may have also used those fund to buy a female acquaintance a 40-thousand dollar Rolex watch. The "Chicago Sun-Times" reported last week that Jackson was in plea negotiations over the possible misuse of campaign funds. Jackson was reelected to Congress last week despite spending several months seeking treatment at the Mayo Clinic for depression and a bipolar disorder.
