Residents in Rochelle are reminded that construction has started on Treatment Plant Road as crews have started to remove the bridge.
Traffic is being re-routed to improve flow through the area of Kyte Creek from state grant money.
To access the RMU Water Treatment plant area, residents should use Avenue "F" until the construction is completed.
