An Illinois man is being held behind bars in Oklahoma in connection with his alleged plot to blow up dozens of churches. Gregory Weiler the Second was held without bail yesterday in Oklahoma on charges under the state's anti-terrorism laws passed after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombings. Weiler traveled to Oklahoma last week where he was arrested when police found bomb-making equipment in and around his motel room. Authorities also discovered a handwritten document which allegedly showed the man's plans to blow up nearly 50 churches with Molotov cocktails. They also discovered Weiler's journal in which he wrote about a plot to destroy churches across the country.
