The former circuit clerk in Boone County is accused of stealing up to 100-thousand dollars from the clerk's office. Donna Osoria, from Belvidere, allegedly took the cash between March of 2010 and June of this year, when she worked as the County clerk. She's been arrested and charged with theft and official misconduct. Ostoria faces up to 20-years behind bars.
