A new report from the College Board says SAT scores for students who graduated in 2012 fell in two of the three areas tested, and that reading scores fell to their lowest level in four decades. The company says that only 43-percent of the one-point-six-six-million students who took the SATs are prepared to do well in college. Last week's report also shows that 44-percent of high school freshmen go on to college after graduation, but only 21-percent earn a bachelor's degree in six years.
