Governor Pat Quinn and U.S. Senator Dick Durbin say Illinois will get a federal grant to increase exports in the state. The more than one-million-dollar grant is coming through the U.S. Small Business Administration's State Trade and Export Promotion Program. Yesterday's announcement came after Quinn's return from his six-day trade mission to Brazil.
